Sally Bibb has been dubbed “the Queen of Strengths” because of her pioneering and award winning strengths-based talent management work in organisations including in businesses, hospitals, prisons, schools and with people with a range of differences and disabilities. Sally is the Founding Director of Engaging Minds, a strengths consultancy. She is an award winning author of seven books. Her background is in organisational change and development in Europe, Asia and the USA. Before founding Engaging Minds she was a director at The Economist Group, publisher of The Economist magazine. She holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of Surrey. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) an advisory committee member of Lord David Owen’s Daedalus Trust.
