Matt DeLuca, MPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has served in major HR leadership roles in a variety of organizations, including three global banks, the WWF (now the WWE), Lifetime Entertainment, Vivendi Universal (home of theme parks, film and music) and Village Care NY. In each of these organizations he recognized the value of employee advocacy when it was still a dirty word in many management circles. He is author/co-author of nine boring books and has won NYU's teaching excellence award. A veteran presenter at national conferences, he also teaches at Baruch College and at the University of Shanghai, Science and Technology.
