Jennifer Rowe manages BGRS Talent Mobility Consulting Practice's global business development and marketing strategies with a focus on Talent Development. As an experienced speaker focused on talent development practices, Jennifer has represented the organization at numerous conferences, seminars and web-seminars, including speaking at New York City SHRM Global HR SIG and ATD CT events. Additionally, she has authored white papers and articles that have been published in Mobility Magazine and HRO Today. Jennifer originally joined BGRS in May 1998 working in International Operations before joining the Talent Development Group in 2003.
