James Celentano is the founder of EnterGain, the talent and strategy firm. James has extensive experience working in and advising start-up, growth and mature organizations on talent, organizational design, business development and strategy. James holds a BA in Psychology from Penn, an MBA from Columbia and an SPHR. James has taught at the graduate level including on recruiting and assessment at The New School, and management and strategy at NYU.
