Through robust and proven individual and organizational assessments and needs analyses, Fergus addresses HR process improvement while taking a proactive approach to change management and culture. He has consulted with Deloitte Consulting, Booz Allen Hamilton, and developed leading-edge people programs for multi-national companies. He has a BS in Labor and Industrial Relations from New York University and an MS in Organizational Systems Engineer from The George Washington University.
