Elizabeth Speck is founder and principal of MindOpen Learning Strategies, a training, consulting, and coaching firm that helps organizations learn new ways to work in order to better serve social justice. Elizabeth holds a PhD in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University and an MA in Drama Therapy from NYU. In partnership with M.A.D.E. Transitional Services, a reentry agency for people returning from incarceration, Elizabeth designed “Leveraging the Workforce of the Future,” a series of HRCI-accredited professional development modules for human resources specialists and hiring managers. She has been an invited presenter for SHRM’s Employment Law & Legislation Conference, the Dave’s Killer Bread Foundation’s Second Chance Summit, and Columbia University’s Tamer Center for Social Enterprise, among others.
