Eliza Kapitan is a college instructor and former fashion and consumer goods executive with deep experience in design, product development, branding, team leadership, and cross-functional communication. She teaches at Marist University and LIM College, where she works closely with Gen Z every day and observes the communication patterns that show up long before they reach the workplace.

Eliza spent more than a decade leading design-driven, cross-functional initiatives across licensing, marketing, sales, and production in the fashion and consumer goods industry. Her unique background at the intersection of industry and education gives her a clear perspective on the communication gaps between early-career talent and corporate teams, and the practical tools managers need to bridge them.

She now focuses on workforce readiness, Gen Z communication, and helping leaders create clarity, reduce friction, and support stronger performance on multigenerational teams.
