Deborah M. Wilson is determined to impact the culture. As Wunderman's global head of learning and development, she builds learning initiatives that educate and engage the agency's 10,000 worldwide employees. To enhance Wunderman's innovative learning culture, Deborah works closely with the global chief talent officer to ensure the learning strategy and supports the growth and evolution of the business. Before joining Wunderman, Deborah spent 11 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as global head of talent management and head of corporate human resources. Deborah has also held various senior roles at AT&T, Prudential, and Citibank.
