Deborah Lee is a trauma-informed somatic coach, consultant, and founder of Creaturae, a New York City–based practice supporting individuals and organizations in navigating stress, trauma, burnout, and high-stakes relational dynamics. Her work centers on neuroscience-based, healing-centered leadership that bridges the mind-body connection and fosters sustainable, human-centered transformation in professional environments.
Deborah brings a unique blend of lived experience, systems thinking, and trauma-informed expertise to her work—integrating nervous system regulation and embodied leadership into coaching and consulting that supports deep, sustainable change. She draws from modalities such as Somatic EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mind-Body Awareness. She is certified in Post-Traumatic Stress through the Trauma Research Foundation and in Somatic EMDR through The Embody Lab.

Deborah regularly facilitates experiential workshops, including Embodied Leadership and Somatic Paths to Healing, and hosts the All Things Uncomfortable podcast. She works with leaders, creatives, and changemakers seeking to reconnect with purpose, emotional resilience, and embodied integrity.
Currently pursuing her M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University, Deborah’s academic and professional work explores the intersection of trauma, neurobiology, and AI-human relational systems. She brings a grounded, compassionate, and research-informed lens to conversations about leadership, workplace well-being, and the future of human-centered work.
