| My career in broadcast advertising sales spanned over twenty years, with the last ten being Vice President, Director of Sales for New York’s first duopoly, WNYW-TV/FOX5 and UPN9. That coupled with my rich background in the culinary world, working at some New York City’s most renowned restaurants, including Balthazar, Augustine, and One Fifth propelled me to write the book, The Business of Dining: A Guide to Making a Five-Star Impression. Understanding and appreciating the role of hospitality in the restaurant and the corporate world has become more important to discuss as we see the impact of the pandemic on social behaviors, and the need to keep our brand or companies image on track and protected. I enjoy talking with business executives, new hires, and recent graduates about the hospitality perspective, being a gracious guest and host, and elevating the business dinner to the next level. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from NYU in Marketing and Economics. I reside in NYC. |
