Dr. David Solot has worked with Caliper since 2002, delivering on-site client engagements and workshops as well as consulting with and leading account teams for Fortune 500 and global companies. His areas of expertise include personality analysis, talent management, coaching, organizational development, employee empowerment, employee selection, and psychometrics. Dr. Solot has a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Walden University, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina, and a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers College, Rutgers University. He is a member of APA, SHRM, and Phi Beta Kappa.
