Danielle Goldman is a nationally recognized leader in workforce development, immigration innovation, and social impact, with more than a decade of experience building scalable pathways that connect global talent with U.S. employers, universities, and nonprofit partners.
As Co-Founder & CEO of The Build Fellowship and Executive Director of Open Avenues Foundation, Danielle leads the development and national expansion of one of the country’s first nonprofit-led, cap-exempt H-1B workforce development models. Under her leadership, the organization has supported 150+ companies, employed foreign founders and key talent, and delivered hands-on skills-development programming to 1,000+ students across 12 U.S. colleges and universities.
Earlier in her career, Danielle launched a national humanitarian campaign supporting more than 250 migrant families separated at the U.S.–Mexico border, providing access to healthcare, housing, and legal services.
Prior to founding Open Avenues, she worked at Rabin Martin, where she advised Fortune 100 healthcare companies on social impact strategy, partnerships, and program design.
Danielle is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, an alumna of the Babson College Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab Accelerator, and a graduate of Vanderbilt University. She frequently speaks on immigration policy, skills-based hiring, and the future of global talent in the U.S.
