Chris is a certified practitioner in Relational Skills from Workplace Education Manitoba. Chris also holds the designation CAALF – Certified Art of Active Listening Facilitator. Drawing from over 35 years of business experience, Chris has honed his ability to craft presentations that resonate with diverse audiences. His keen understanding of business dynamics enables him to tailor messages effectively, whether its addressing executives in the boardroom or engaging with employees on the front lines. Chris is the Founder and Owner of MCAVOY Inc. (o/a Chris McAuley) a company dedicated to helping business professionals deliver presentations with confidence. In addition, MCAVOY Inc. delivers a wide variety of workshops, and individual coaching sessions for leaders across many industries helping them build trusting relationships and increasing employee engagement to revitalize their workplace culture. In his spare time Chris volunteers on several not-for-profit boards, is a jazz aficionado, spends time with his family and writing his solo show that is scheduled to tour in late 2024.
