Anna helps people and organizations reach for potential and create an impact. She develops and delivers change facilitation and learning experiences that speak to the learner and inspire to grow, overcome obstacles, and make a difference. Anna applies concepts of neuroscience, psychology, motivation and experiential learning to maximize outcome and performance at both personal and organizational levels. Anna has developed a number of frameworks that serve as practical and effective tools. She has written articles on change facilitation, learning design, game-based learning, business thinking and the role of motivation in self-directed learning. Anna currently serves on the Board of ATD SCC as a Program Co-Chair.
