She is a three-time high growth founder with two successful SaaS exits, growing them into 8-figure ventures. As Co-Founder of Workday Ninja, she focuses on AI and automation to streamline processes and automate manual tasks.

She is a three-time published author, recognized as a Top Leader under 40, a finalist for Top Companies to Watch in 2021, and her tools were voted Best for Remote Work in 2022. Alane has shared her expertise in AI and workflow automation on prestigious platforms, including the XChange, TIRA, EuRA, NY CORP, Leaders for Life, MES Summit, SXSW, HuffPost, Entrepreneur, and Goldman Sachs.

Alane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Construction Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of San Diego. She is also an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program.
