Description:

This session explores how AI is reshaping the future of HR and the employee experience, moving beyond job replacement to job expansion. Drawing on real-world applications from October Health, attendees will explore practical AI use cases including content generation, data analysis, personalized learning, AI companions, and AI agents.

The session also challenges traditional approaches to employee well-being, emphasizing a holistic model that connects individual well-being, corporate culture, and employee skills. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of how to strategically position their organizations—and themselves—as leaders in an AI-driven world.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how AI is transforming the nature of work and expanding, not replacing, jobs
  • Identify key AI use cases in HR, including content generation, data analysis, and AI-driven employee support
  • Evaluate the impact of organizational culture and psychological safety on employee well-being and performance
  • Apply a holistic framework that integrates individual well-being, corporate culture, and skill development
  • Differentiate between automation and augmentation strategies to drive organizational growth and innovation
  • Determine how to position themselves and their organizations as proactive leaders in an AI-enabled workplace
