Currently serving as Chief Human Capital Strategist at Windward Human Capital Management, Angela has led HR and talent strategy for organizations ranging from Fortune 150 enterprises to fast-growing startups. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, skills, and strategy—helping companies unlock hidden talent and design more adaptable, resilient workforces.
Angela also teaches Leadership, Strategy, and Human Capital Management as a lecturer and adjunct professor, including in Columbia University’s master’s programs and Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Silberman College of Business. Angela is the author of Skill Stacking: Taking Ownership of Your Career in Changing Times, a framework that helps individuals and organizations intentionally cultivate diverse capabilities to thrive in the current workplace.
