Stacey Uhrig is a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner, dynamic speaker, and founder of *Flip Your Mindset*—a coaching practice and podcast that helps people heal from within by understanding what’s really driving their emotional patterns.
With over 20 years of lived experience and professional training, Stacey has a gift for translating complex concepts from mental health, trauma care, and neuroscience into tools that are both practical and powerful. She is certified in Parts Work & Polyvagal Theory, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), and Hypnosis, and brings a trauma-informed, nervous-system-rooted lens to everything she teaches.
Known for her heart-centered and highly engaging style, Stacey speaks to healthcare leaders, women’s empowerment groups, therapists, educators, corporate teams, and leadership summits across the country. Her sessions go beyond surface-level strategies—offering deep, accessible insights that spark lasting change.
One of Stacey’s most requested talks is *Befriending Anxiety*—a powerful session that flips the script on how we approach stress. Instead of fighting your nervous system or muscling through panic, Stacey shows participants how to listen to their inner signals with compassion and curiosity—before they explode into burnout. It’s not about “fixing” anxiety. It’s about learning to understand the part of you that’s trying to protect you.
Her passion for this work is rooted in her own 20-year battle with anxiety—and the freedom that came when she finally understood what was driving it. Stacey lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with her husband Matt, their two sons, Ben and Tae, and their dogs, Ella and Iris.
