Michael Henry is a seasoned tech entrepreneur and startup operator who has helped scale several SaaS companies from early traction to market leadership, including ON24, 6Connex, Voiceitt, and webinar.net. He has built and led high-performing teams, developed go-to-market strategies, and delivered enterprise solutions across stages of growth.
Throughout his career, Michael has partnered with HR leaders at Fortune 1000 companies, nonprofits, and scaling organizations to implement technology that powers all-hands meetings, open enrollment events, onboarding programs, and employee training and certification centers. His platforms have supported global communication and engagement, especially during moments of transformation, crisis, and the shift to remote work.
As part of the leadership team at Voiceitt, Michael advanced workplace inclusion by bringing AI-powered speech recognition to employees with non-standard speech patterns — empowering individuals with disabilities to participate fully in professional environments.

Today, Michael is co-founder of Hyve.app, an AI-native platform that helps HR and operations leaders turn frontline feedback into action. Hyve will launch its beta in August 2025 and is seeking 20 partner organizations for its pilot phase.

Based in New York, Michael also serves on the boards of the Walkway Over the Hudson and the New Paltz Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee, supporting innovation and access in his local community.
