As CEO of The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc., Fred brings over 53 years of experience in strategic culture change that accelerate results to deliver higher individual and organizational performance. He has designed and led dozens of systems-wide betterment efforts for founder-led startups to multinational Fortune 50 organizations. A component of his work is creating an organization narrative that all people see themselves as a part of and understand how it will benefit not only the organization, but their individual ability to do their best work, exercise individual and team agency, and feel the interaction safety to speak up, add value, identify problems to be solved, and partner with others.

Fred has co-authored seven books, including the first book on inclusion, The Inclusion Breakthrough in 2002, and his latest book The Power of Agency: Cultivating Autonomy, Authority, and Leadership in Every Role. Fred is the recipient of the Organization Development Network Lifetime Achievement and the Forum on Workplace Inclusion Winds of Change awards and was named one of the 40 Pioneers of Diversity by Profiles in Diversity Journal. He currently serves on the Board of Day & Zimmermann, a $3 billion family-owned company and is a past board member of Ben & Jerry’s, Sage Colleges, NTL Institute, Association for Talent Development and the OD Network.
