| Ansel is currently the CEO of Fordi, which he founded to fix pain points experienced in prior jobs. Fordi was born from the frustration of waiting for the survey or check-in that never comes. In recognizing the diverse challenges that people managers face today, Fordi was created to help managers keep a pulse on their teams by letting employees share feedback as it happens. Before founding Fordi, Ansel worked in financial services in NYC, spending years working in private equity and investment banking. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Harvard and lives in NYC. |
