Ed Brzychcy is a former U.S. Army infantry staff sergeant with service across three deployments supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Building on the lessons he learned while leading his soldiers and across careers in consulting and academia, Ed now consults business leaders in crafting more robust, agile, and collaborative organizations. He specializes in organizational design, development, and culture– maintaining an entrepreneurial perspective throughout his projects. He guides organizations and leaders in building strong, consistent, and self-improving practices in their businesses and teams.

Ed earned his MBA from Babson College in 2016, where he now serves as an Adjunct Professor of Practice, instructing classes on organizational behavior, management, and entrepreneurship. He has assisted aspiring entrepreneurs via Endicott College’s FUEL program, where he served as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the Angle Center for Entrepreneurship. Ed has worked extensively in veteran’s programming across the Greater Boston area, helping veterans transition to civilian life and create new entrepreneurial ventures. He was recognized by Massachusetts Fallen Heroes in 2019, receiving the Navy SEAL Special Warfare Operator Chief Petty Officer Kevin A. Houston Award for his exceptionally meritorious and remarkable service to the Veterans and Gold Star Families of Massachusetts.
