Manendra Bhugra is CCA's Manager of Learning and Development. She consults with clients to design and deliver development programs and learning journeys that facilitate behavioral and cultural transformation. Organizations including the City of New York look to Manendra for expert assistance in addressing critical workforce issues and developing employees, managers, and leaders at all levels.   With a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University, and qualifications in Instructional Design from New York University, Manendra brings a multi-faceted perspective that resonates with audiences across functional areas, industries, and demographics.
