La'Wana Harris is the Director of Global Leadership Development at Sanofi, US. She is a certified professional coach specializing in diversity and inclusion. She has also served as the co-chair of Sanofi's Diversity Employee Resource Group for North America. Her industry experience includes global leadership development, diversity and inclusion, people leadership, government affairs, and project management.
