Michal Longfelder, Founder and Principal of Employment Matters, is a lawyer, a mediator and HR professional. For more than 15 years, Michal has conducted workplace investigations, mediated a broad range of internal and external disputes, negotiated settlement agreements for a range of organizations, and helped managers to better understand the implications — both legal and organizational — of their actions and communications.
