Karen D. Weeks is an impact-driven strategic partner with expertise in the areas of talent development, change management, people analytics, career coaching, organization effectiveness and building the HR Functions for scaling businesses. Currently, Karen serves as the VP of People at OrderGroove, where she is building the people strategy and focused on maintaining a strong culture during the growth stage of the company. Karen has been asked to speak on several panels, podcasts and serve as a guest writer on organizational growth and talent development, including as a part time faculty member at Baruch College. Karen's academic credentials include a MS in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a BA in Theatre Arts from Elon University.
